John MUNDY   (1550 - 1630)

An organist and composer, he was organist at 
Eton and St. George's (Windsor)

B. Mus,  Oxford 1586
D. Mus , Oxford 1624 (?)

Best known as a composer for the virginal, 
he published a book of madrigals and songs
around 1594 as well as contributing to
"The Triumphs Of Oriana" (1601).

He set the poem of Chideock Tichborne 
to music to produce "My Prime Of Youth"
